If you are looking for Order of the Arrow (OA) assistance for an upcoming Pack ceremony, here's what you do as soon as possible.

Step 1: Contact the Chapter Chief and the Chapter Adviser for your District. You will find the Chapter for your District by clicking Tiwahe Chapters on the menu above. Then click on the OA Chapter name for your District to display the contact information for the Chapter Chief and Chapter Adviser. Contact the Chief and Adviser and let them know the ceremony you need, where, and when.

Step 2: At the same time, contact Jace Mullen, the Tiwahe Lodge Cub Scout Relations Committee Chair and Jared Minard, the Tiwahe Lodge Cub Scout Relations Committee Adviser.

Their jobs are to make sure that your Pack gets the help you need. Sometimes our Chapters are booked up and are not available when you need them. Jace and Jared will try to find a ceremony team from a Chapter outside of your District. The more people you have working on a ceremony solution, the better.

Earn the Camp Promotion Award
You were elected an Arrowman because of your love of the outdoors. The OA is the Brotherhood of Honored Campers. Help other Scouts in San Diego discover and enjoy the fun and excitement. The Tiwahe Camp Promotion Committee has published the 2011 version of the Where To Go Camping Guide in Southern California. They have also produced a Camp Promotion Power Point slide show and script you can use to take the story of Camp Mataguay, Camp Fiesta Island, and Trailblazer Camp to a Troop or Cub Scout Pack. The facilities and programs at Mataguay Scout Reservation and Camp Fiesta Island have been expanded for Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts. Horseback riding, COPE courses, Geocaching MB, SCUBA MB, Wakeboarding MB, and more are now offered. Help get the word out and earn the Camp Promotion Award.
