Lodge Chief
- Presides at all Lodge functions and Lodge Council of Chiefs Meetings.
- Represents the Lodge at all Section and/or Area meetings.
- Will conduct and coordinate Lodge operations by means of the Lodge council.
- He shall have direct responsibility and control of all Lodge ceremonials.
- He shall chair the 'Chapter of the Year' selection committee.
- He shall chair the 'Crossed Feathers' selection committee.
- He shall coordinate and host the Lodge banquet.
- He shall plan and execute Lodge Leader Development.
- He will chair the Spirit Award committee.
- He shall be a neutral leader of the Lodge with no ties to any one chapter during the entire term
of his office.
Lodge Vice Chief-West
- Will act in the absence of the Lodge Chief.
- Is responsible for all Brotherhood Activities.
- Is responsible for publishing the Where To Go Camping Guide.
- Is responsible for all Lodge Camp Promotion.
- Is responsible for reviewing membership dropped as of Feb. 1 of each year.
- Is responsible for Lodge Service.
- Is responsible for communications in the Lodge area.
- He shall be a neutral leader of the Lodge with no ties to any one chapter during the entire term of
his office.
Lodge Vice Chief- East
- Will act in the absence of the Lodge Chief.
- Is responsible for all Brotherhood Activities.
- Is responsible for publishing the Where To Go Camping Guide.
- Is responsible for all Lodge Camp Promotion.
- Is responsible for reviewing membership dropped as of Feb. 1 of each year.
- Is responsible for Lodge Service.
- Is responsible for communications in the Lodge area.

office.
Lodge Secretary
- Will act in the absence of the Lodge Chief and Vice Chief.
- Records accurate minutes of all Lodge Council meetings and publish them for approval at
the following Lodge Council meeting.
- Maintains current, accurate records of membership and status.
- Maintains files of chapter minutes.
- Is responsible for registration at all Lodge Events.
- Maintains in quantity all forms and necessary paperwork for Lodge business.
- Shall be responsible for receiving and recording nominations for Lodge Officers at Fall
Fellowship.
- Shall publish the 'Lodger' at least quarterly.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Lodge Council.
Lodge Treasurer
- Shall be responsible for collection and deposit of all monies collected at Lodge and Chapter
activities.
- Shall be responsible for all Lodge supplies and property to Include;
- Taking inventories as required.
- Preparation of all Ordeal Supplies.
- Preparation of all Brotherhood Supplies.
- Shall compile and present at monthly Lodge Council of Chiefs meeting;
- A statement of accounts showing expenses and income during the previous month as
well as a year to date balance.
- A statement showing the sources of expenses and income.
- A listing of any outstanding debts of members to the Lodge.
- A listing of supplies consigned to chapters.
- A listing of supplies available for consignment to chapters.
- At all Lodge events will be responsible for:
- Cash control.
- Trading post operation.
- Event patch control.
- Bead disbursement.
- Shall be responsible for the preparation and presentation of the annual budget for the
Lodge at Lodge Leader Development.
- Acts in the absence of the Lodge Chief, Lodge Vice Chiefs, and Lodge secretary.
